The Lab will kick off with a Meet The Programmers panel via zoom which offers an opportunity to hear from leading representatives from some of Australia’s major film festivals as well as South Australia’s much-loved Fleurieu Film Festival including:
Paul Matereke – Shorts Programmer, Sydney Film Festival
Richard Sowada – Founder and Director, Revelation Perth International Film Festival and Director of the St Kilda Film Festival
Gail Kovatseff – Head of Programming & Industry, Adelaide Film Festival

Chris Warman – Co-Creator, Technical and Submissions Director of the Fleurieu Film Festival
The Launch Lab facilitator is award-winning screenwriter, director, Academy Award nominee Alies Sluiter. Her Quicksilver funded short film Boy On Fire screened at the 2024 Adelaide Film Festival.
