Christopher Warman

Christopher is thrilled to join The Mercury for the 2024 South Australian Screen Awards (SASA) as SASA Producer, bringing a wealth of experience from his involvement in competitive short film events. He co-founded the Fleurieu Film Festival in 2015, now a thriving event in its ninth year. Christopher oversees nearly all of the festival processes, including submissions, sponsorships, judging, screening, marketing, and reporting, ensuring a smooth experience for the filmmakers and judges engaged in the process. Beyond the festival, Christopher has been instrumental in supporting emerging screen practitioners in South Australia, building strong connections within the local filmmaking community and educational institutions.
