We’re Hiring: Box Office & Front of House Attendants (Casual)
The Mercury is looking for friendly, reliable Box Office & Front of House Attendants to join our casual team.
This is a customer-facing role supporting cinema screenings, events, venue hire and festival programming, including a very busy Adelaide Fringe period. If you enjoy working with people, staying calm when things get lively and being part of an independent arts venue, we would love to hear from you.
About the role:
- Front of house and box office support
- Ticketing, POS and customer service
- Supporting screenings, events and venue hires
- Casual shifts across days, evenings and weekends
- Increased hours available during Adelaide Fringe
We’re looking for people who:
- Have strong customer service skills
- Are reliable, proactive and calm under pressure
- Are available to work evenings and weekends
- Are happy to learn, with training provided
- Have an interest in cinema, arts or events (a bonus, not a must)
Pay rate: $34.90 per hour
Location: Adelaide CBD
