The Mercury is pleased to announce the return of the South Australian Screen Awards (SASA) sponsored by Principal Partner RAA. Celebrating the finest screen works from South Australia’s film industry, the SASA Red Carpet Gala Awards Ceremony will be held on June 22, 2024. With its long-awaited comeback, SASA will present awards across various categories, including new ones for Best First Nations Short Film and Best Experimental Short Film.

The Gala will start at 6pm, Red Carpet from 5pm.

Ticket types

The Mercury Cinema – Seating in the main cinema where the awards are taking place, ticket holders will get two complimentary drink on arrival and it includes canapés provided by Adelaides Finest.

Iris and Foyer – ticket holders can view a live stream of the awards in the Iris Cinema and on the screens in the Foyer and outside the Mercury. This ticket also includes two complimentary drink on arrival and canapés provided by Adelaides Finest.
